Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a referral or investigation request through this site, we collect the details you provide — patient name and date of birth, contact information, the ordering clinician's name, and relevant clinical details. Nothing is collected passively through cookies or tracking scripts.

How it's used

Form submissions are emailed directly to the practice and used solely to process your request. We don't store form data on our servers, build mailing lists, or use submitted information for any purpose beyond responding to you.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify and uses Resend to deliver form submissions by email — both process data only as needed to send the message. HotDoc is an independent booking platform; its own privacy policy governs any information you enter there. Google Fonts loads typefaces from Google's CDN, but no identifying information is transmitted in that request.

Health information

Referral and order forms may contain health information, which is sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It is handled accordingly and disclosed only to the clinicians and staff involved in your care.

Access and correction

Complaints

If you believe your privacy has not been handled appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
