Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a referral or investigation request through this site, we collect the details you provide, including patient name and date of birth, contact information, the ordering clinician's name, and relevant clinical details. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views and basic browser information. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

How it's used

Form submissions are emailed directly to the practice and used to process your request. We don't build mailing lists or use submitted information for unrelated marketing. Analytics information is used only to understand and improve website performance and usability.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify, uses Resend to deliver form submissions by email, and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-preserving website statistics. HotDoc is an independent booking platform; its own privacy policy governs any information you enter there. Google Fonts loads typefaces from Google's CDN.

Health information

Referral and order forms may contain health information, which is sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It is handled accordingly and disclosed only to the clinicians and staff involved in your care.

Complaints

If you believe your privacy has not been handled appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
